What could possibly be in the text that stirs negativity in people? Because of it a priest of a local Roman Catholic Church is on a campaign to wipe out all traces of the text. And the daughter of a 92 year-old man who uses automatic writing to receive messages from the spirit world (the text) riles against him mercilessly, calling him a dangerous senile man. Why are these people acting with anger against the man and the texts? What’s in the content of the text?
This is the underlying story in a novel I recently I read. It is a novel in the form of a Kindle eBook that is an English translation from the Dutch by the author Werner Voets. At the present time Werner is working to improve the quality of the technical aspects of formatting a book for a Kindle reader, and it should be ready for the general public within a day or two. I will announce its availability here as soon as I know. The title of the eBook is The Truth? A paranormal journey, with a subtitle – The story that’ll change your life forever!
Words on a piece of paper, or, this case, words formed within an electronically generated book (eBook), have no power in and of themselves. Yet, if the words successfully point to the existence of a real substance (the truth), then a book such as the novel authored by Werner Voets, carries with it the possibility of change in the lives of people who read it.
