Was James Padgett perfect in what he did through his spiritualistic writings? I don’t believe that he was. Was James Padgett a spiritual man? No, I don’t believe that he was; the evidence points to the fact that many high Celestial spirits questioned Jesus’ selection of Padgett as a medium for their work because they saw him as not a spiritual man.
I suppose this is why I so much appreciate James Padgett: I can identify with him and his struggles to raise his level of spirituality. I certainly identify with his doubts.
But above all this, I identify with the contents of the messages that he recorded from the spirit world, especially messages pertaining to the soul and its potential to be transformed by the inflowing of God’s great gift of the Divine Love. Jesus and other Celestial spirits tell us through Padgett’s writings over and over again, in one form or another, that the message of Divine Love is the greatest thing, yes, even the greatest truth in all the universe.
Today I have a renewed appreciation of the message about the Divine Love and therefore I have a renewed appreciation of the man who was the medium to record the Celestial teachings about the Divine Love. Thus, I appreciate James Padgett!
